This blog will be having an overhaul shortly, nothing too major, but I will be having "themed" post on certain days of the week. One of those is going to be Feature Friday, where I feature an artist, photographer, marketing/branding company kinda thing. My first featured artist is a good online friend and I am really excited to start my Friday Feature with her. I will announce more next week on how the blog will shape up...
In the meantime I thought it was about time I shared one of my favorite parts of the business; my packaging! Being a crafty so and so I ahve been so spoilt by choice, but costs have had to factor in my decisions, and although I could have spent hundreds of dollars buying gorgeous packgaing from the states, I finally settled on several companies in the UK.
One of the main factors for me was to try and be as eco friendly as I could possibly be, and I wanted Kraft as my main colour with touches of my signature blue and green.
When a client contacts me, depending on the session they will receive either a digital or paper welcome pack. This same design is used to hold all the paperwork when I deliver a clients order.

Welcome Pack/Customer Order Pack | Kraft portfolio, paperwork, magnet, cards
All the Kraft packaging is recycled. I use raffia to tie my orders together.I use a dotty green stickybacked paper to add a border to my welcome pack and print box packaging.
Little extras that go into my packages is a magnet from Vista Print, postcard and business card from Moo. My thank you card is printed at home on Kraft recycled card.
Another part of my packaging is these cute green paper bags, stuffed with blue tissue paper, tied with raffia with a thank you tag

When a client orders prints they are packed in a Kraft mens shirt box! stuffed with tissue paper, tied with Raffia and my thank you tag! All my prints are mounted onto 10mm foam board, making them sturdy and perfect when ordered 8" x 10" size perched on an easel!
